The Col·legi d’Aparelladors, Arquitectes Tècnics i Enginyers d’Edificació de Barcelona (CAATEEB) will be organizing a new European BIM Summit Day meeting on 20 November in its auditorium in order to present a strategic approach to the impacts of the current and future BIM environment on public administrations.
We will analyze the type of projects carried out in large or small administrations, the use of Base Information from GIS platforms-Geographic Information Systems, the importance of determining the BIM requirements for competitions and for operating internally, and the impact of BIM on each service. The concern to determine which directives, laws and documents make the implementation of BIM Environments necessary and mandatory in the processes of a public administration, identifying the appropriate active human resources.
This session is directed to the world of administration technicians and decision-makers, like secretaries, councilors and department or units heads, that are related to construction, public roads and infrastructures.
